1. What if I am not happy with my product?
At Elite Era, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not happy with your product, we will refund your full amount no questions asked within 30 days of purchase. For size exchanges, we will cover the shipping for you. If you are simply returning the product, then all you pay is the shipping back to our facility.
2. How long will it take my product to arrive?
3-7 days. We ship the same day if your product is ordered before 2PM Monday-Friday.
